寫入一個新的rc.local 於FreeBSD 4.10

#在FreeBSD 4.10 之中找不到rc.local
#所以獨立建立一個rc.local 已在開機的同時一併載入一些開機所會用到的啟動參數
#若以 standalone 啟動且測試正常後，可加入 /etc/rc.local 開機自動啟動
